Who is TheFurnitureShop.ca ? 

TheFurnitureShop.ca is a franchise out of Toronto, Ontario. With stores in Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary, and now Vancouver!

What are the shipping costs? 

Currently our delivery system is set-up for a 100km radius from our shop. Enter your address and a quote for delivery will be provided. Please reach out to us for deliveries within BC but outside of this radius. 

What is your policy on returns?

If an item does not meet your expectations, when it is delivered or picked-up at the warehouse, as long as it is in the original condition, we will accept the return and issue a store credit.

However, there are certain items that cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards

• Items marked “Final Sale” on the description page.
• Last Chance and Handyman Collections

• One item of a bundle (ie: table and chairs)

• Assembled items (ie: Bed frame)

Please note:  delivery charges paid on the order will not be refunded.

Refund Options

• Store credit for the items that do not satisfy your needs.
• Full refund if damages occur as a result of delivery by no fault of the customer.

Do you offer gift cards ?

Not at this time.

When you log in into your account, you can access your personal information and change you email address.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Debit and cash.

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do now?

We receive new furniture every week! Be sure to sign up for our newsletter at the top of your screen to stay on top of our Newest Arrivals.
