Refund policy

If an item does not meet your expectations, At Time Of Delivery or Time Of Pick Up At The Warehouse, as long as it is in the original condition, we will accept the return and issue a full refund. If the expectations not being met are no fault of The Furniture Shop, a 10 to 15% restocking fee may apply.

However, there are certain items that cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards
• Items marked “As Is” , "Display" or "Damaged" on the description page.
• Last Chance, Clearance and Handyman Collections
• One item of a bundle (ie: table and chairs)
• Assembled items (ie: Bed frame)

Please note: Delivery charges paid on the order will not be refunded. A Restocking fee may be applied to items returned to the warehouse for any reason that is not the fault of The Furniture Shop.
